This page describes what the Printed Parts Orlando website (printedpartsorlando.com, “we”, “us”) does with information about you. It is written to be read, not skimmed.

1. What we collect

When you request a quote we collect what you put in the form: your email address, a short description of the part, whether you are sending a 3D file or a photo, when you need it, and the file you attach (an STL, STEP, 3MF, OBJ, PDF or image). We also record which page of the site the form was on, the approximate country and city your network reports, and your browser and operating system name. We do not store your IP address.

Files you upload may themselves contain personal or confidential information (a name in a drawing, a company logo, a proprietary design). We treat the file as confidential; see section 2.

When you simply visit, the site counts one page view per page load. That count holds the date, the page, and a number. It holds nothing about you, and it is not linked to your quote request.

We do not use cookies, advertising pixels, fingerprinting, or third-party analytics. To exclude your own browser from the page-view count, open any page with ?notrack=1 at the end of the address; ?notrack=0 switches it back on.

2. How we use it

Quote details and files are used to prepare your quote, to reply to you, and — if you accept — to produce, deliver and invoice the part. Uploaded files are used only to quote and produce your order. We do not reuse, publish, resell or share your designs, and we do not print copies for anyone else.

Page-view counts are used to see whether the site is being found. We do not sell personal information and do not share it with anyone except the service providers in section 4 and where the law requires it.

3. Email addresses

Your email address is used to send the quote and to communicate about that request and any order that follows. We do not add you to a newsletter and do not share your address for anyone else’s marketing.

When you submit the form we check that the address’s domain exists and can receive mail, correct a small set of well-known typos (for example gmial.com → gmail.com), and decline addresses from disposable-inbox services, because we have to be able to send you the quote. These checks are automated and look up the domain only, never you.

4. Where it is stored and who processes it

The website runs on Cloudflare, which serves the pages, runs the form handler, and provides the approximate-location data above. Cloudflare may process your IP address to deliver the site and protect it from abuse; we do not receive or store it. Your quote request is written to a Cloudflare D1 database and your file to Cloudflare R2 storage, both under our account.

Each request is also delivered to us as a message — with the file attached — in a private Telegram chat that only we can access, so a person sees it quickly. Telegram stores those messages on its servers under its own privacy policy.

These providers are located in or transfer data to the United States. By using the site you understand that your information may be processed there.

5. How long we keep it

Quote requests that do not become orders, including the files, are deleted within twelve months. Details of completed orders, including the production file, are kept for up to three years so we can reprint, warranty or reference the part, then deleted. Page-view counts contain no personal information and are kept indefinitely.

6. Your choices and rights

You can ask us at any time to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, including any file you uploaded. Use the quote form on any page, write “privacy request” in the description, and use the same email address you gave us. We act on requests within thirty days.

Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California) you may have additional rights, including to object to processing, to portability, and to complain to a supervisory authority. We honor those rights where they apply.

7. Children

The site is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has submitted the form, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Security

All traffic to the site is encrypted (HTTPS). Uploads are limited by size and type and are never executed. Form submissions are checked for automated abuse before they reach us. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your information we will tell you without undue delay.

9. Changes

If we change how we handle information we will update this page and the date at the top.

10. Contact
